Welcome to Hoodin!​

By using our service, you accept these terms. Read them carefully.

 

We offer the service in several versions, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply. Additional terms are provided in connection with the relevant versions, and these additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use the service in question.

 

Use

You must follow all policies that you access through the services.

 

By using our service, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights to the service or the content you access that you did not create. You may not remove, hide or modify any legal notifications displayed in or in connection to our service.

 

Some of the content that does not belong to Hoodin is displayed in the service. The responsibility for this content rests entirely on the company or the person who makes it available.

 

When using our service, we may send you messages about services, administrative messages and other information that could be in interest  to you.

 

Do not abuse our service. For example, you may not interfere with our service or attempt to access it by any method other than the interface and instructions provided by us. You may only use our service in accordance with applicable legislation. We may discontinue providing you the service if you fail to comply with our terms or policies or if we investigate suspected irregularities.

 

Your account at Hoodin

Protect your account by keeping your password secret. You are responsible for all activities that take place in or through your Hoodin account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your password, please contact us via info@hoodin.com, and reset your password immediately.

 

Support

For support we use a third-party service called Zendesk (https://www.zendesk.com/). In order for you as a user to gain access to support adapted for your solution, you need to login to Zendesk. You activate your account and password yourself to use the support, but at the first use of our support, your e-mail address and information about which Hoodin solution you use is sent to Zendesk to prepare the login and guide for your particular needs. By accepting our terms of use, you agree that we will share your email address with Zendesk.

Secrecy

Hoodin does not disclose user information to third parties unless this third party is a component of an improvement of the service. If an improvement of the service involves a third party, you as a user will be warned. We also do not share content created by users to third parties without the user's permission.

 

Your content in our services
You can upload, submit, store and receive content in our platform. You retain the intellectual property that you have for that content. What belongs to you continues to belong to you.

 

Development of Hoodin

We constantly change and improve our service. We can add or remove functions. If a change significantly affects your use of the service, we will within a reasonable time in relation to the change inform you via email and / or notifications in the service before the launch of new development.

 

Guarantees

We provide our service within a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, and we hope you will appreciate it. However, there are some things that we cannot promise. For example, we make no commitment to the content or specific features, their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the services in their existing condition.

 

Responsibility

Hoodin can never be held liable for any lack of profit or revenue, loss of data, financial or indirect damage or other damages.

 

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Hoodin, for any claim under these terms, including implied warranties, shall be limited to the amount you may have paid to us for use of the service.

 

Business Use

If you use our service as a company, it's the company that agrees to these terms. The company shall indemnify Hoodin and its affiliates, business partners, officials, representatives, and employees against any claims, lawsuits, and other processes arising from or arising out of your use of the service.

About our terms

We may change these terms and conditions or additional terms that applies to the service, for example, to reflect changes in the law or in our service. If the conditions change, it will be announced on this page. We will post announcements of changed additional terms within the affected service. Changes do not apply retroactively and they apply at the time that they are accepted by the user. If you do not accept the changed terms of the service, you should stop using the service.

If there is a contradiction between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms shall prevail in respect of this conflict.

These terms regulate the relationship between Hoodin and you.
