Now we want to strengthen the team with an action-oriented businessman/woman who has a strong commitment and drive to build long-term relationships in an international market. You are also interested in and understand business models for internet-based software (SaaS).
Hoodin is a rapidly growing company and also a SaaS platform that helps life science companies become significantly more efficient when it comes to monitoring and acquiring digital content. To many, the technology is known as "surveillance", but Hoodin takes this to a new level and allows users to monitor and retrieve digital information and data to stay up-to-date with regulations, standards, and automate surveillance required for post market surveillance (Post market surveillance, Pharmacovigilance). Hoodin is primarily developed for life science companies.
The job is broad and has a high level of entrepreneurship and business acumen, but above all it is required that you who apply for the position are driven by doing business and building relationships.
In summary, we see the following activities as central to the role:
You will work with the entire process. From prospecting and qualification of potential customers and partners, needs analysis and conducting meetings. As an important cog in Hoodin's team, you will also contribute to our continued development of the platform by being responsive and collecting feedback from the market and users.

Who are you?

You understand consultative selling and the art of linking a need to a solution.
You have an ability to familiarize yourself with business models and identify clear inputs where Hoodin's monitoring service can maximize the customer's time savings and the user's value.
You are interested in strategy and planning, but know that it is action that makes the difference.
It is advantageous if you:
Have experience in sales (SaaS)
Education in sales & marketing
Has experience from life science. Preferably regarding regulatory affairs.
At Hoodin, it is important that we thrive together. Therefore, we apply a three-month probationary period for the position and hold a try-out day with recruits who progress from the first interview.
During the try-out day, you get to test our daily tasks and also get the chance to work in a sharp case. We see this as a valuable part of the recruitment as both you and we get the chance to meet expectations but also get to know more people at Hoodin than those you meet during a normal interview.
