Martin King
Independent board member
Martin King, a British/Swiss national, brings over 40 years of extensive global experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, operational management, and leadership. With an educational background in Electronics, Software as a Medical Device, Mechanical Engineering, and Materials Science, Martin has worked across the complete value-chain of the Medical Device, In Vitro Diagnostics, and Pharmaceutical industry. As an independent consultant, Martin helps companies successfully approve their products and maximize their businesses by applying quality assurance and regulatory affairs throughout the product life-cycle.
Hans-Peter Ostler
Board member
Hans-Peter has more than 20 years of experience from investment and private banking in Swedbank, UBS, Danske Bank and Söderberg & Partners combined with experience of board work, in both listed and unlisted companies, mainly in innovation-driven activities such as Life Science, Tech and Greentech.
Marcus Emne
Board member & CEO
Marcus Emne (born 1973) is the founder of Hoodin. In addition, Emne has extensive experience of international business building, including managing director of BTS (Nasdaq Stockholm) operations within Interactive and manager of Sales & Marketing Services at CGI. Emne has also held the position as responsible for Corporate Development & Strategy at Sony Mobile.
